How We Started ?

It all started when our founder in the year used to work in his family business of stitching garments in the roots of Rajasthan. From there, Understanding the basics of stitching and fabrics for many years, Our establishment was then moved to Jaipur in the year 1992, We then started to design patterns and styles for many small businesses and then the journey started to manufacture for some well-known brands. We till dated today have manufactured more than lakhs of pieces.

In the entire process and time period and over these many years we have gained the understanding of new styles and methods, fabrics collections and much more techniques for a perfect fit and look for the garments.

We have combined all of our expertise, understanding and knowledge of designing and manufacturing and have started with Bada Boota. A self owned brand by the house of Ashish Fashions.

Grey

Its starts with raw material which is called as grey in manufacturing terms, which is firstly sources from the best vendors. It acts as the first step to manufacturing of the desired garment.

Checking

Once the shipment of raw materials has arrived at the unit, It is then checked and every batch of grey is quality checked for spots, torn fabric, and furthermore discrepancies.

Metering

After the checking process of the grey, The next process is metering of the grey in which it is scaled, metered, and measured in which the extra and improper fabric is removed.

Dye

After the cross examining of the fabric and later of the removal of the unwanted fabric. The quality and good fabric is then processes with sikka process in which a mark is placed on fabric for the further processing.

Sikka

Till sikka and metering of fabric, the entire process is in-house. In the further process, the raw material is then sent for the dyeing process in which the fabric is washed and then dyed with the required color.

The next process after dyeing is to check the fabric over again for the issue in dye of the fabric.

Type Of Printing

In this another process, The fabric is then processed with the printing process under which the decided prints are sent to print.

Screen Printing : This process consists of a method in which prints are then printed on the fabric with a help of a screen which is layed on the fabric and printed with help of a spreader.

Block Printing : In this process of printing the fabric is printed using wooden and metal blocks on the fabric.

Once the fabrics are printed the entire fabric batch is then brought back to the house and gets checked again for the miss printing, splash of colors and further such aspects.

Sampling

Once the batch is dyed, printed and checked, a sample fabric is then cut and is processed for the sample making of the pattern. Which is then crafted, lined and measured for further processes.

Style Making

In this process of style making, A pattern which is to be made is drafted on style papers and cardboard sheets and is drawed by the experienced designers who ensure the style of garment, size fitting, measurement fits, sleeves, neck and type of stitching required by the each garment. In this process each and every aspect is taken into consideration regarding the article to me drafted and made.

Manufacturing

Once the draft is created and stitched, the further process includes the finishing of the style and corrections and a final product is made. Which later on works as a road map to furthermore articles to be manufactured on this step.

As the sample is final and ready, the same layout of manufacturing is levied on the remaining batch of fabric pieces manufactured in multiple sizes.

In this process one more step of monitoring the entire manufacturing process is made to ensure no discrepancies in work and manufacturing in aspects of size, fitting, look, style, and all processes.

Finishing, Labeling and Packaging

Once the entire batch of fabric is stitched and monitored we have newly stitched garments in all sizes. Which then are ironed and spare threads are removed, and if any mistakes are there are corrected.
